Big stands make different faults.
Three Rivers and Three Rivers East are built on bigger stands than the rest of Emfuleni, and that changes the work. The house itself is often the easy part. The faults live outside it: the pool pump, the borehole, the garden lights, the pump house, the flatlet at the back and every metre of buried cable in between.
Long runs are the thing people underestimate. A circuit that was fine for a garden light in 1990 is now feeding a pool pump and a pressure pump at the end of a hundred-odd metres of undersized cable, and the whole board trips whenever both start together. That is not a breaker problem — the cable and the circuit design are the problem, and swapping breakers just moves the trip around.
Fencing is different here too. Where Vanderbijlpark and Vereeniging are wall-top country, a lot of Three Rivers boundaries are free-standing — its own posts, its own line spacing, its own earthing. It costs more per metre than wall-top, so I'd rather price it honestly than surprise you. Everything goes in to the electric-fence standard. The fence certificate is a separate certificate with its own inspection, and it gets sorted out too.
One more Three Rivers habit worth knowing: outbuildings, flatlets and pump houses often get missed on certificates. They are part of your installation. They get inspected and tested with everything else, and it says so on the test report.

Three Rivers falls under Emfuleni, so the supply, the outage numbers and the smart-meter rollout work the same way here as in Vereeniging. One thing worth saying plainly: never let anyone "bypass" a meter for you. It is a criminal offence and it carries a heavy fine on top of that. I don't touch them, and nobody at your gate should offer to.

One honest note about big stands: a fault at the far end of a long run can take a while to trace properly. I will tell you that on the phone rather than spring it on you afterwards, and if the digging or the cable run turns out to be a bigger job, you get a written quote before anything starts.
Pumps hate the way the power comes back after an unplanned outage. Motors are the equipment most often damaged by restoration surges and low voltage, and pumps out in the garden are the ones nobody thinks to protect.
